What are the delivery times?
Our items are shipped from our partners' warehouse. Generally, allow 8 to 15 business days to receive your order in Canada, and 10 to 25 business days for other countries. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Is delivery free?
Yes, standard delivery is free throughout Canada, with no minimum purchase required. For other countries, shipping fees are shown at checkout, and shipping becomes free above a certain amount.
How do I choose my size?
Our items often run a bit small. Check our size guide and, when in doubt, choose the larger size. Still unsure? Write to us, and we will help you choose.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days after receipt to submit a return request. Consult our return policy for all the details.
My package is delayed, what should I do?
First, check your tracking number. If your package has not moved for more than 7 days or if it exceeds the stated delivery time, write to us: we will take care of it.
Can my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive a tracking number for each package.
