1. Who we are

The villapassy.com store is operated by Villa Passy, a business based in Drummondville, Quebec, Canada. To contact us: shgestionqc@gmail.com.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or in the event of an obvious pricing error); in that case, you will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Our prices are set in Canadian dollars. If you shop from outside Canada, they are displayed and charged in your local currency, converted at the current exchange rate. The total amount, including applicable taxes and fees, is shown before payment. For orders delivered outside Canada, customs duties and import taxes may be charged on delivery (see our shipping policy). Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never have access to your card details.
