Shipping policy

Free standard shipping anywhere in Canada, with no minimum purchase. We also ship internationally. Rates and delivery times

• Canada: free — 8 to 15 business days

• United States: $11.95 (free on orders over $100) — 10 to 18 business days

• France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco: $14.95 (free on orders over $150) — 10 to 20 business days

• Other European Union countries: $16.95 (free on orders over $175) — 10 to 20 business days

• Australia, New Zealand: $19.95 (free on orders over $200) — 12 to 22 business days

• Rest of the world: $24.95 (free on orders over $250) — 15 to 25 business days

Amounts are in Canadian dollars and are automatically converted to your currency at checkout. Delivery times include order processing (1 to 3 business days).

United Kingdom: we don’t ship to the United Kingdom at this time.

Customs duties and import taxes

For orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, import taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) or customs clearance fees may be charged by your country’s authorities or by the carrier. Unless they are shown at checkout, these fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. If you refuse a parcel because of these fees, shipping and return costs are not refunded.

Good to know

• Tracking: you’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

• Multiple parcels: if your order contains several items, they may arrive separately.

• Busy periods: around Black Friday and during the holiday season, delivery may take a few extra days. We’ll let you know if that’s the case.

• Address: double-check your address at checkout. A parcel returned because of an incorrect address will have to be reshipped at your expense.

If your order isn’t delivered within the stated time, email us at shgestionqc@gmail.com. For customers in Quebec, under the Consumer Protection Act, you may request the cancellation of your order and a full refund if it is not delivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
